The One IOTA Events is an extension of the One Iota platform and is a online platform for Iota Phi Theta sanctioned events and fundraisers driven to help its chapters amplify their brand and execute widely successful events with Iota Phi Theta. With The One IOTA, event organizers can create an events and enables online ticket sales and promotion through the account interface.

The One Iota is dedicated to the growth of chapters and brand awareness of Iota Phi Theta. With this dedication we have empowered Event Organizers with the ability to create single, conference, and reoccurring events, sell tickets with integrated questionnaire, add other users to assist in editing, registering, and/or view reports related to the event, and receive payment through their Crowded account.

Once you are logged into the back end, click create an event to begin the process. From here you will be able to create a single, conference and/or reoccurring events, hybrid, online, or onsite events as well as a combination of everything in between.

During the event creation process, event organizers can create single or multiple tickets for single events or conference events. The built-in questionnaire provides a simple interface to add questions during the purchase of a ticket.

Each member of the organization is given the opportunity to create events or fundraisers under their chapter or 501c3 foundational structure designated by Iota Phi Theta. The accounts are labeled as Crowded accounts. Event organizers are then paid out through their chapter crowded accounts created by Iota Phi Theta. This ensures the financial safety for the event organizer, their chapter, and the organization.

We accept online payments  of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our integrated payment system with Stripe and Crowded. This process ensures the integrity of the platform while protecting  of all parties including customer personal information.

At this point in time we do not authorize the sale of raffle tickets through the system. We are currently creating an dashboard that allows this feature and the ability to choose winners which is slated to appear in our first update.
