THE One IOTA ESSENTIAL Tier
Event Service Fee
Unlike our competitors, we have no upfront fees and no costs for organizers to create and sell tickets for their events. We only charge a small service fee, which is paid by the purchasers, for each ticket sold.
The service fee is 5% + $0.30 per ticket.
This fee is added to the ticket price at checkout, so buyers pay a little extra for the convenience of purchasing online.
There is no cost to the event organizer at any point.
The service fee is only applied to tickets sold, so if you don’t sell any tickets or host a free event, you won’t be charged anything.
Payment processing
The One Iota Events utilizes Stripe for processing ticket payments. The small payment processing fee is covered by the ticket purchasers for each sale.
- All fees are deducted at the time of the transaction, ensuing that funds deposit into your Chapter's crowded account
- Funds are deposited within a few days of transaction
- You can manage disputes and issue refunds from your account directly from The One Iota Events dashboard
